Job Description:


  • Define and own the UX/UI vision and strategy for retail digital products across web, mobile, and in-store platforms.
  • Lead large-scale design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build, scale, and govern enterprise-grade design systems and UI standards.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align design with commercial and customer goals.
  • Lead advanced user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-driven experience optimization.
  • Drive personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement through experience design.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, UI designers, and researchers.
  • Establish best practices for accessibility, performance-focused design, and responsive experiences.
  • Represent Design leadership in executive reviews and strategic planning forums.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing design teams.
  • Strong experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or omnichannel customer experience platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field.
  • Proven experience building scalable design systems and driving enterprise-level UX transformations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, large-scale retail or consumer product experiences.
