Our client is a leading global IT & Digital Technology organization, known for innovation, modern engineering practices, and large-scale digital transformation programs. The recruitment team works closely with business and technology leaders to enable rapid, high-quality talent acquisition across functions.
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter who has handled end-to-end hiring in an RPO or Implant model. The role demands strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive volume as well as niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills
- Expertise in managing high-volume and niche hiring assignments
- Strong stakeholder communication and maturity in interactions
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within committed timelines
- Strong planning, self-organization, and execution speed
- Proficiency in ATS, data management, reporting & hiring metrics
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Work closely with Client HR and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and deliver talent on time
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, evaluation processes, and offer approvals
- Maintain recruitment progress on ATS, dashboards, and weekly/monthly hiring reports
- Participate in recruitment drives, hiring events, and talent engagement initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
- Achieve closure targets within defined SLAs and timelines

Reporting Structure
The onsite recruiter(s) will collaborate closely with the Client’s HR Team and Hiring Managers for daily recruitment operations and planning.
