Job Title: Manager – Information Security Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Reporting to: CTO Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Information Security at ekincare. This role combines security governance, compliance, risk management, and essential IT operations to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and manage incident response activities. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other applicable security standards. Oversee security monitoring, endpoint protection, access controls, and cloud security best practices. Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and internal tools. Oversee IT asset management, procurement, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management. Administer IAM, SSO, MFA, MDM, endpoint security, and secure access provisioning. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and general InfoSec governance principles. Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP). Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint security, and security monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting ability and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications & Experience :Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. 5–8 years of combined experience in Information Security and IT Administration. Preferred certification: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer. Additional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, cloud security credentials) are a plus.
