Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Luxury/Premium Segment to lead and scale the NKlusive Luxury Real Estate business in Bengaluru. This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships within the luxury real estate ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Head and grow the Luxury Real Estate business in Bengaluru for NKlusive.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury sales team.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Monitor the complete sales lifecycle and ensure closure efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews and report performance to the City Head.
  • Design and execute marketing and lead-generation strategies for HNI & UHNI clients.
  • Develop industry-wise market penetration strategies.
  • Monitor revenue collections and ensure timely realization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business planning.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and elite clientele.
  • Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.


Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership/business development, (add on CP Firm, Automobile Sales)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • MBA (Regular) preferred.
