  • Knowledge of financial regulations, tax structures, and audit requirements relevant to infrastructure projects, ensuring system compliance and data integrity.
  • Capable of working with finance teams, project managers, and IT departments to ensure smooth adoption, and providing training and support for end-users.


Responsibilities

  • Set up and customize modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, and Project Accounting to align with construction-specific financial workflows.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project expenses, budgets, and forecasts by integrating financials with project management systems.
  • Manage financial period closures, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Maintain system configurations and documentation to meet internal controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Provide functional support to finance teams by diagnosing and resolving issues related to transactions, reporting, and integrations.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for finance and project teams and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for smooth operations.
