Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant

Job Posting Date: 8th August 2025

Location: Bangalore Urban, India

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Compensation: Up to 26 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design optimal financial solutions.

  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration with other modules/systems.

  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Stay updated with Oracle's quarterly updates and implement relevant new features.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.) for process alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.

  • Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

  • Experience with Finance B2B and ERP SaaS modules from the Cloud.

  • Understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.

  • Ability to create functional documents, test scripts, and configuration guides.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Oracle certification in Fusion Financials (preferred but not mandatory).
