Job Description:


Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM, and BLTM, is a market leader in trade shows and B2B events in India, connecting governments and businesses from over 60 countries.


We are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Urban Development & Smart Cities to lead the marketing and communication initiatives for Municipalika, an event dedicated to sustainable urban development, infrastructure, technology, governance, and smart city solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Municipalika across digital, print, and offline channels.
  • Drive promotional campaigns to increase visitor, exhibitor, and conference engagement.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars, KPIs, and content plans.
  • Produce high-quality content for website, social media, newsletters, brochures, and email marketing.
  • Manage Municipalika’s digital presence, analytics, and paid campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for visuals, videos, and event collateral.
  • Engage with Smart City Missions, government bodies, planners, architects, and industry associations.
  • Handle media relations, press releases, and event coverage.
  • Oversee communication flow, branding, and media coordination during the event.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Studies, PR, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or communications (B2B, infrastructure, smart cities, or urban development preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Good understanding of urban development, infrastructure, or government ecosystems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
