Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Core Development tools.

- Utilize scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript to automate workflows and functionalities.

- Configure UI policies, business rules, and workflows to enhance user experience and enforce business logic.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow related issues to ensure smooth system operation.

- Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations personnel, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.(ITIL framework a plus)

- In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and its core components.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Core Development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a significant advantage.

- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
