Lead Generation Specialist

This is a 30-day remote internship for a Lead Generation – Social Media Intern, focused on creating job-related content, researching open roles, and running cold-email outreach to generate qualified leads for our recruitment business.
About the Role
Responsibilities include creating clear, engaging social media posts about open jobs and hiring requirements to attract relevant candidates and leads.

- Research roles to be hired (skills, responsibilities, keywords, salary range, locations) using job portals, LinkedIn and company websites.
- Build and update lead lists (candidates or client decision-makers) from social media and other online sources in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Draft and send structured cold emails to generated leads and track opens, replies, and conversions.
- Attend real-time online training sessions and complete assignment-based tasks within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Students / freshers interested in marketing, recruitment, HR, or B2B lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong written English and basic copywriting skills for social media posts and cold emails.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, other social platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and email tools.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection suitable for video calls, research, and emailing.
- Available for the full 30 calendar days and able to meet daily/weekly activity targets.
Preferred Skills
- Ready to give 4-5 Hours a day.
