As the face and voice of Phase 1, you’ll be crafting content that connects, keeps us relevant, and amplifies our brand presence across social media platforms. You’ll be the go-to for all things cool, trendy, and viral, driving the conversation and setting the tone for our community.Key Responsibilities▪ Develop scroll-stopping, share-worthy content that aligns with our brand voice and excites our audience across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.▪ Stay ahead of social media trends, memes, and viral moments. Be the first to jump on what's hot and spin it into gold for our brand.▪ Engage with our followers daily, responding to comments and DMs with personality and charm. Build genuine connections that turn followers into fans.▪ Assist with campaign launches and brand initiatives by creating buzz-worthy content that drives awareness and engagement.▪ Help identify potential influencer collaborations, building relationships with creators who align with our brand’s vibe.▪ Pitch fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas that spark conversations and make us stand out in a crowded feed.▪ Represent the Phase 1 ethos authentically, making sure every post, story, and interaction reflects who we are and what we stand for.What You Bring to the Table ▪ You’ve got a natural knack for all things social Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond—and you know how to use them to their full potential.▪ Experience in creating and editing top-tier visuals and videos for social media. You’ve got a good eye for design, and you know what makes content perform.▪ You’re plugged into what’s trending, from viral challenges to the latest memes, and you know how to make those trends work for us.▪ Stellar writing skills with the ability to keep things fun, fresh, and on-brand. You know how to engage an audience and spark real conversations.▪ The social space moves fast, and so do you.
