PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
- Proven experience in leading the information security portfolio in large-scale enterprise
- Minimum 15+ years of experience working with strong expertise in leading the Security function
- Strong people leader with deep team management experience - Capable of driving a culture of high performance, ownership, and inclusion across the team
- Strong experience with building complex systems for security intelligence & cyber threat analytics
- Extensive exposure to new product development & security areas with a focus on security operations & managing security processes, governance, and compliance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are met.
EDUCATION :
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science / Information Systems or a related field.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, and CRISC are a must
- Design, implement, deploy, and manage systems/applications monitoring processes and tools to proactively identify and resolve security threats within the company computing environment.
- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems. Utilize monitoring tools to identify issues, resolve and/or escalate to development.
- Develop and implement a robust Disaster Recovery strategy for critical systems and infrastructure. Assesssingle points of failure in infrastructure and recommend actions as appropriate.
