Roles and Responsibilities – Occupational Health & Wellness CoordinatorLocation: Corporate Office, MSN LaboratoriesDepartment: Occupational Health, Medical & WellnessReporting To: Chief Medical Officer.Position Summary : The Medical Administrator plays a dual role — managing the Corporate Medical Centreand providing medical services to employees, while also coordinating OccupationalHealth Centres (OHCs) across all MSN units. This role is integral to promoting employeehealth, driving digital wellness initiatives through the vCare platform, ensuring compliance,and maintaining robust medical data management under the guidance of the Chief MedicalOfficer (CMO).Key Responsibilities: Corporate Medical Centre & Employee Health: Oversee and maintain the CorporateMedical Centre, providing primary medical care, first aid, and health counselling.Manage medical records, medicine availability, and follow-ups. OHC Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate and monitor Occupational Health Centre(OHC) operations across all locations, ensuring statutory compliance and follow-upcare for employee referrals. vCare – Digital Wellness Platform: Manage MSN's vCare platform, coordinatingenhancements, planning wellness activities, and ensuring timely health interventions.Analyse wellness data and share insights. Wellness & Health Promotion: Plan and execute wellness programs, health awarenesscampaigns, and workshops. Distribute health content and track employeeparticipation.. Central Procurement & MIS: Manage centralized procurement of medicines and first aidmaterials, coordinating with the pharmacy for cost-effective solutions. Prepare andsubmit Medical MIS reports. Documentation & Audit Support: Maintain medical documentation for audit readinessand support internal/external audits with accurate data and compliance reports.Qualification & Experience:Qualification: MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management; B.Sc. Nursing preferred.Experience: 2-4 years in industrial/occupational health settings preferred.
