Experience : 4 to 6 Years
The Workday Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday tools and technologies, as well as the ability to engage in design discussions with clients, write technical specifications, and perform code reviews. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data conversion and understanding integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Workday Support and Implementation :
- Provide support and implementation services for Workday, having completed at least two projects.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
Workday Integrations :
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, and Web Services API.
- Perform data conversions and understand how HR interfaces with other modules.
Design and Development :
- Design and develop EIBs, Studio integrations, XSLT, Document Transformation, and PECI.
- Write design and technical specifications, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality integrations.
Client Engagement :
- Participate in design discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Interpret technical design documents and understand the integration landscape.
Integration Strategies :
- Understand and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
- Use best practices to optimize integration performance and reliability.
Additional Skills (Good to Have) :
- Experience with PECI, WECI Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Connectors.
- Familiarity with other HR ERP systems and middleware such as Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, and ADF.
Communication and Collaboration :
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years in Workday integrations, including experience with EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, and Web Services API.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in designing and developing Workday integrations.
- Ability to code, write design/technical specifications, and perform code reviews.
- Strong understanding of integration strategies and data conversions.
- Experience interpreting technical design documents and understanding integration landscapes.
Additional Skills :
- Experience with PECI, WECI Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Connectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR ERP systems and middleware such as Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, and ADF is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
