Job Description :

We are hiring for our client based out of Hyderabad (work from office) who is re-imagining agricultural insurance with the power of Public Cloud, GIS, Remote sensing and cutting-edge AI-based algorithms to assess, model and price insurance risks for farmers adequately. We are taking the latest advances in Mobile, Geospatial technologies and the web to empower the next generation of agricultural insurance. What you will work on :

- Lead a talented engineering team & build the platform for agriculture insurance and work closely with Product Owners, and UX specialists to deliver experiences that delight our customers

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive mobile apps with elegant UX that delight our users and raise their productivity.

- Provide technical leadership to other mobile and web development engineers. Help level up the team; share knowledge, conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives.

- Write clean and well-abstracted code that you are proud of, with extensibility and performance in mind.

- Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship quality software on-time

- Collaborate with product management, leadership, research and other teams to create the technical vision, and road map for the team.

- Mentor people, help them grow, and develop their careers

What we look for :

- Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality UI applications with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

- Experience in developing hybrid mobile apps or native Android apps, with a proven track record of successful delivery of software products.

- Technical skills include using Hands-on Development using HTML/Javascript/Typescript to develop scalable and distributed mobile/web applications

- Demonstrable experience of Mobile First development practices and solid understanding of Responsive Design principles.

- Good-to-have experience services and event-driven paradigm, layout optimization.

- Detailed real-world experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies

- Cares deeply about UX and has an intuitive feel for good design.

- At least 2 years of experience managing high-output engineering teams with 4+ members.

- Experience in Flutter, Angular, ReactJS, ReactNative is a plus
