Job Description :


As a PowerApps Developer, you will be responsible for building custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI.

You will collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional applications that improve business operations.

Your expertise in PowerApps and related technologies will be critical in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.

- Create and configure PowerApps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.

- Develop complex forms, workflows, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Integration and Automation :

- Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems using connectors and custom APIs.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).

- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between PowerApps and other systems.

Data Management and Reporting :

- Design and manage data models within PowerApps and related services.

- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting, providing insights and analytics to business users.

- Ensure data integrity and security within applications.

User Experience and Interface Design :

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across different devices and screen sizes.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve application usability.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PowerApps, Power Platform, and related technologies.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and practices.

- Contribute to the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in application development, with a focus on Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform.

- Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Experience with data integration and API management.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services.

- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
