Job Summary :

As a Senior Generative AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI models. You will be responsible for leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG models to create sophisticated AI-driven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of generative models, machine learning algorithms, and the ability to work on complex AI projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Model Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models with a strong focus on RAG and GraphRAG.

- Implement state-of-the-art techniques for retrieval-augmented generation and graph-based AI models.

2. Advanced AI Techniques :

- Apply RAG models to enhance information retrieval and generation tasks, improving the quality and accuracy of AI outputs.

- Leverage GraphRAG to integrate graph structures into generative models for more complex and contextual AI solutions.

3. Data Handling :

- Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and fine-tuning AI models.

- Perform data augmentation and ensure data integrity to maximize model performance.

4. Deployment :

- Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate models into existing systems and workflows.

5. Research and Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI, RAG, and GraphRAG, and apply new methodologies to improve model outcomes.

- Experiment with different model architectures and approaches to achieve optimal results.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers in generative AI techniques and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on generative AI.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Extensive experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG models.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and data retrieval techniques.

- Experience in handling and processing large datasets for AI model training.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative AI solutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead AI projects and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Skills :

- Publications: Research publications in AI/ML conferences or journals, particularly in the areas of RAG or GraphRAG.

- Advanced Techniques: Experience with reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, or graph-based learning models.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
