As we scale, we are investing in product operations to strengthen how our global product teams work.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager with around 5 years of experience to support and scale our product organization. You will ensure our product managers and designers have the right processes, tools, and insights to operate efficiently and deliver world-class products. Based in India, you’ll collaborate daily with our product and design teams in India and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Processes & Governance
- Implement and refine product workflows (roadmaps, prioritization, release checklists, discovery documentation).
- Maintain templates, playbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product team.
- Support product planning and quarterly business reviews.
2. Tools & Systems
- Own the product tool stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, Mixpanel).
- Drive adoption and best practices across the team.
- Ensure data flows seamlessly across tools to provide a single source of truth.
3. Data & Insights
- Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and reports on product usage and adoption.
- Organize and maintain structured feedback from customers, sales, and support.
- Provide PMs with the right data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
4. Cross-Functional Enablement
- Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating launch documentation and release notes.
- Act as the connector between product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Ensure teams are aligned and equipped with product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Min. 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management within B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of product processes and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with product tools and analytics platforms (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Exposure to working with US-based product leadership.
- Ability to visualize and present product data clearly.
