The Den, Bengaluru is committed to providing a luxurious and modern experience for both business travelers and leisure guests.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Communications Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing strategic communications, coordinating public relations efforts, drafting press releases, and overseeing projects to promote the hotel's brand. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and campaign alignment with the hotel's vision and standards.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication, Marketing Communications, and Strategic CommunicationsExperience in creating and distributing Press Releases tailored to various audiencesAbility to handle multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneouslyDemonstrated leadership skills, innovative thinking, and attention to detailProficiency in Digital Marketing practices is a bonusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldPrior work experience in the Hotel, Hospitality Industry is a must
