Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, technology team, craft the platform / technology stack for Products and solutions.

- Craft the cloud strategy for Products, focusing on building niche solutions which can be cloud agnostic, taking advantage of the platform / solutions they have on offer.

- Lead the team to carry out Proof of concepts to finalize the suitable stack for the technology platform, which can help build robust products for the future

- With a strong focus on middleware, lead the development to setup an integration platform, which can be the hub for integrations across products / solutions, catering to standard messaging needs of the Industry, which is scalable.

- Work with the Product teams to strategize the build and release strategy, harmonize the DevSecOps strategy, setting up the tools / process required for code governance, Code repository and release

- Lead a team of engineers and accelerate their growth by providing thoughtful feedback, technical mentorship, and effectively manage performance.

Requirements :

What We Value :

- Technology leader, experience in leading the technology / architecture teams, setting the strategy for the product development.

- Experience in setting up the Architecture roadmap ground up, suitable for AI Products and solutions.

- Strong hands on experience in Java / Spring Boot, experience in building applications using micro services architecture and have a strong focus on Non-functional requirements, setting up Middleware platform scalable to take up high performance loads

- Prior experience in working on Mobile Applications - both Native iOS, Android and also other mobile platforms like Flutter, Ionic or React native

- Good experience in UI Frameworks like Angular, working with the UX team to evaluate UI Frameworks to build Micro Front end applications.

- Working knowledge on any of the cloud platforms, building AI products and solutions.

- Experience in evaluating Low-Code / No Code platforms and define the process of application development.

- Hands on experience in evaluating technologies, carrying out proof of concepts and incubating the innovation lab for AIONOS

- Build an engineering team and lead them to realize their potential and effectively deliver impact.

- Have a constant tab on the technology updates in the industry and have a roadmap on upgrade strategy for the products and solutions.

What We Requirements :

- 12 to 15 years' experience, with hands on experience building the architecture / technology stack for large enterprise applications.

- 3+ years as an enterprise architect, experience in building enterprise applications and mentoring a team of technical engineers.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
