Security and Compliance :
- Ensure Splunk environments comply with security standards and policies.
- Implement and monitor security configurations and settings.
- Perform regular audits and compliance checks.
Troubleshooting and Support :
- Provide advanced technical support for Splunk-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and operational issues.
- Assist in the development of user support documentation and training materials.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with IT, security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of Splunk systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party support to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Splunk features, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications :
Experience :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Splunk environments.
- Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Admin, Splunk Certified Architect) is required.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Splunk architecture and components.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and regular expressions.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
