Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Website Designer / Developer to help shape our company´s digital presence and elevate our web experience. This hybrid role, based in Bangalore, offers the opportunity to work closely with global marketing and product teams to design, develop, and optimize websites and campaign landing pages that drive growth.

This role offers the chance to shape how our company is experienced online in one of our global hubs. You’ll work on high-impact projects, experiment with modern tools and frameworks, and see your work directly influence how customers and prospects engage with our brand.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-minded team where your ideas and expertise will have space to shine.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Own the company website experience end-to-end — from design concepts through development and launch.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate business needs into intuitive, visually striking, and conversion-focused web pages.
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages for digital campaigns that fuel pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Bring ideas to life by translating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into responsive, interactive websites.
  • Innovate with new tools and technologies, staying ahead of best practices in design, development, and SEO.
  • Shape the user journey by applying UX and UI best practices to improve usability and increase conversion.
  • Measure and iterate on performance, using analytics to track ROI and inform design and development decisions.
  • Enhance brand presence by developing visual assets and graphics for web and digital campaigns.
  • Experiment and push creative boundaries while maintaining consistency across all web properties.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, driving projects to completion while collaborating with a high-performing team.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an agency or production environment
  • 4+ years developing and executing digital marketing tactics in a B2B enterprise setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio/experience; proficiency test may be required)
  • High-level expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (all levels)
  • Strong background in responsive web design and standards for mobile-first development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other front-end platforms
  • Pixel-perfect attention to detail — no element is too small to get right
  • Experience designing mockups, creative formatting, and translating them into live digital campaigns
  • Knowledge of object-oriented, component-based build philosophy
  • Familiarity with HubL markup
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices
  • Proven ability to test, measure, and evolve design/development strategies based on data
  • Strong conceptual design skills paired with practical execution
