Job Description:-

We are seeking a STARLIMS Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and enhancing STARLIMS LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of STARLIMS modules, scripting, workflows, and integration, along with a strong understanding of lab processes and quality/compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize STARLIMS modules (e.g., Sample Management, Stability, Inventory, QC Micro).
  • Build and maintain forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows using STARLIMS (HTML5, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, MES, instruments, ELN).
  • Perform system testing, validation, and documentation
  • Support production issues, investigate root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and release notes.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and validation activities.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience working with STARLIMS (v11 or higher).
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and STARLIMS HTML5 environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency in SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Understanding of LIMS workflows, sample lifecycle, lab operations, and quality processes.
  • Experience in GxP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11 is added advantage
  • Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Good understanding of instrument integration, API/web services.
