ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management: Design, implement, and oversee global performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans, aligning with business objectives and a culture of continuous feedback.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Develop and execute robust talent management programs, including talent identification, development paths, and global succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and critical role readiness across geographies.Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD): Lead the design and delivery of global learning and development programs, identifying skill gaps, creating training initiatives, and fostering a continuous learning environment to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.Rewards & Compensation Benchmarking: Develop and manage global compensation and rewards philosophies, conducting regular compensation benchmarking against global and local market data to ensure competitive pay structures, pay reviews, and incentive plans.Incentives & Benefits: Design, administer, and optimize global incentive programs and employee benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our 'People First' culture across all international locations.Compliance & Reporting: Monitor adherence to global compensation and benefits policies, legal standards, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Report to senior management by analyzing data and using relevant HR metrics related to talent, performance, and rewards.Requirements:Proven experience as a Talent & Rewards Manager, Compensation & Benefits Manager, or similar HR leadership role with an overall 10- 12 years of experience.Ideal candidate should have a strong mix of experience across established global companies and fast-paced startups, with a clear track record in designing and implementing global talent and rewards initiatives.Thorough knowledge and practical experience in performance management systems, talent development, succession planning, compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.Full understanding of HR principles, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent, performance, and rewards in multiple international jurisdictions.A strong business acumen partnered with exceptional attention to the human element, ensuring a balance between business objectives and employee well-being. Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis, with the ability to leverage HR metrics for strategic decision-making and reporting on talent and rewards programs.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects.Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with diverse stakeholders and employees globally.Diligent, firm, and upholding the highest ethical standards and compliance best practices in all talent and rewards management activities.Company profile:Founded in 2015, Shipsy is an AI-first logistics technology company transforming supply chains for 275+ enterprises including Heineken, Walmart, DHL, Qatar Post, and Reliance.
