About the Role

We are looking for a Canva Visualizer who is passionate about designing social media creatives and visual storytelling. The candidate must be highly proficient in Canva and eager to learn and grow within a creative design environment.

Beyond execution, we want someone who enjoys thinking through ideas — someone who can look at a brief and find simple, visual ways to bring it to life.


Key Responsibilities

· Translate briefs and references into well-thought-out, polished designs.

· Think conceptually and identify simple yet impactful visual solutions for ideas.

· Collaborate closely with the Design Team and take direction from the Art Director/Design Manager.

· Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative output.

· Support the Design Team in day-to-day requirements and ongoing projects.


Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory requirement).

· Basic understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and colour balance.

· Curious and observant mindset with a natural interest in understanding ideas before designing.

· Ability to think visually and creatively based on briefs.

· Understanding of social media visual trends.

· Ability to work under timelines and accept feedback positively.


Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

· Interest in learning additional design & animation tools over time.

· Basic knowledge of reel/post ideation or presentation layouts.
