- Bridge the Gap Between Product and Engineering : Work closely with product managers and designers to translate product vision into clear technical requirements and user stories.

- Drive Quality Delivery : Champion a results-oriented approach, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Embrace Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of learning and experimentation, actively seeking ways to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize processes and propel the team forward.

Qualifications :

- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps principles.

- Experience in defining technical roadmaps, breaking down user stories, and working with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- A passion for technology and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements.

- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus.
