Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:


1.Project Planning and Execution: Leading the Overall Execution function (Including Civil, Electrical, Finishing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing) for commercial, residential (High Rise), Use development, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Coordination works(End to End ). Coordination with Architects, Design Consultants, PMC, Cost Consultants and all Internal Functions. Ensuring Planning and Scheduling for All projects with a micro level 6 Weeks LAP (Look Ahead Plan). Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Coordination with Contracts team for deployment of Manpower and Retention of the Labors/Subcontractors (Adequate Productivity, Workfront availability and Ontime Payments)


2.Project Coordination and Control: Start to End Responsibility of the given scope of the project. To ensure Project Progress is in line with scheduling by ensuring desired Productivity is achieved through deployment of adequate resources. Optimize and achieve the required slab cycle for the typical floor


3.Project and Initiative completion within Planned Timeline and Budget: Provide technical guidance and ensure adequate supervision for the works done by contractors, vendors, labors etc. regarding RCC, waterproofing, blockwork, reinforcement, finishing, and other civil works aspects. Timely troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during construction. Weekly Project Progress Review of all Projects with Project Managers Fortnightly Updating top management about progress and MIS of the Projects (Including Cost to Complete). Guiding engineers / subordinates and grooming them for overall development of resources and preparing Reports. Preparation of Budget. Monitoring the Project cost and achieving improvement in Project EBIT through Value Engineering, Execution, cost optimization, etc. Ensuring BOQ(Bill of Quantities) verification from drawings. Administering of contracts and Terms & Condition - Monitoring & controlling. - Ensuring proper study of working drawings before handover to contractors. Implement Value Engineering. Manage / settle Claims from Vendor


4. Management of Project Quality, OHS and Compliance: Maintain a high focus on quality throughout all stages of construction, with specific attention to RCC works, block works, plaster, civil finishes such as tiling, marble fitting, etc. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Complying to safety and QA/QC at Projects. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular safety inspections, implement corrective actions as needed, and promote a culture of safety among the workforces. Actively Interaction with Subcontractors, Project Management Team, Customers, Labors, Engineers and Supervisors. IMS Compliance for Quality & documentation. Safety Compliance on daily basis for contractors as well as our own employees. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to civil works, including daily progress reports, work schedules, material requisitions, and as-built drawings. Provide regular updates to project management regarding activity update, milestones, and safety hazards and any other deviations. Effective understanding and use of BIM for better planning and execution including Clash detection


Qualification:


Essential: Bachelors in Civil Engineering

Preferred: PMP Certified/ NICMAR PG


Experience: Degree with around 15 years- experience in executing large scale residential.


Experience in handing the Fast Track large scale development projects is preferable.
