Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative, based in Noida. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and providing expert insight into the real estate market, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role also involves generating leads, negotiating deals, managing property listings, and developing lasting client relationships to achieve sales targets and deliver client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proven Sales expertise and experience in meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in networking and building client relationships
- Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for negotiating
