What You'll Be Doing

Inbound Marketing

  • Curate and execute content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube from carousels and memes to short-form videos and community-driven content
  • Write and support SEO-focused blog posts, website updates, and landing pages that attract organic traffic
  • Contribute to email campaigns, newsletters, and scripts for product explainers and YouTube content
  • Work closely with the product team to translate AI features into clear, compelling narratives across marketing channels
  • Track performance metrics, experiment with new formats, and double down on what drives traffic and engagement

Outbound Marketing

  • Assist in building outbound sequences using tools like Apollo or Waalaxy including list curation, copy, and campaign flows
  • Support lead generation campaigns aligned with customer pain points and market segments
  • Help optimize cold outreach templates, retargeting flows, and outbound experiments
  • Collaborate with the team on creative outreach ideas to improve open rates, replies, and demo conversions

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to marketing execution across all channels from concept to final post, email, or campaign
  • Work within our outbound automation tools and CRM to manage prospecting, list segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Create on-brand visuals for social media, outbound assets, and digital ads using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with writers, product, and design teams to align marketing messaging with product roadmap
  • Assist in repurposing high-performing content into different formats (shorts, reels, carousels, email snippets)
  • Keep up with emerging marketing trends, AI applications in productivity, and content formats that drive attention
  • Be comfortable testing, failing, iterating and reporting what worked (and what didn't)

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll be part of a sharp, fast-moving team. Your work will directly contribute to how the brand grows & how the product is understood.

This role offers deep, practical exposure to SaaS marketing, spanning AI positioning, outbound campaigns, performance content, and GTM execution. You'll get real ownership over projects, learn fast, and build work that actually ships.

Compensation

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will include a bonus plan.
