bepay is a non-custodial Web3 super app that enables fast, secure, and borderless payments across fiat, crypto, and CBDCs. Designed to support both users and merchants, bepay integrates digital payments, wallet services, and cross-chain infrastructure into one seamless mobile-first experience. We are focused on scaling financial access globally through cutting-edge, decentralised technologies.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape elegant, intuitive, and accessible user experiences across our mobile and web platforms. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex financial concepts into simple, engaging designs that our users love.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for product features from wireframes to high-fidelity UI
  • Translate user needs, research insights, and product goals into practical design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define UX flows and interaction details
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across touchpoints
  • Document user journeys, interface guidelines, and specifications for smooth developer handoff
  • Advocate for accessibility and best practices in every design decision
  • Partner with marketing & brand teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of product design experience in tech, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Strong portfolio with case studies showing design thinking, problem-solving, and shipped products
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Experience designing transactional or complex interfaces (payments, wallets, eCommerce, banking apps)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and multi-platform workflows
  • Good communication skills to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with developer handoff and front-end implementation constraints
  • Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Web3/crypto interfaces, wallets, or decentralised apps
  • Motion or interaction design skills using tools like Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie
  • Background in user research or behavioural psychology in design
