The Opportunity

We're hiring a Product Designer (UI/UX + Frontend Hybrid) who can bridge the gap between intuitive design and functional frontend execution. You'll work closely with our backend team to prototype, design, and build customer-facing features that feel smooth, beautiful, and human — using both traditional and AI-assisted tools.

This is a perfect role for someone who can think like a designer and build like a developer, especially with tools like Claude Code, Firebase Studio, Cursor, and Google Material Design 3.

What You'll Do

• UX/UI Design

Own the user interface and experience for core platform features

Translate user needs into wireframes, flows, and fully interactive prototypes

Leverage design systems (Material Design 3) for clean, modern experiences

Balance business goals with usability and aesthetic quality

• Frontend Development & Prototyping

Rapidly build working UI prototypes using Claude Code or Firebase Studio

Use Cursor AI to accelerate frontend dev and refactor UI code

Implement clean, responsive frontend code that aligns with backend architecture

Work without traditional frontend or visual design support — you own the UI

• AI-Powered Workflow

Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Galileo AI, etc. to iterate quickly

Identify opportunities to streamline user workflows and reduce friction

Design automation-first UX solutions for creator-brand interactions

• Technical Collaboration & Development

Collaborate effectively with backend engineering teams through structured development tickets

Manage product development lifecycle using Git/GitHub for version control

Lead cross-functional teams including backend engineers and stakeholders

Ensure seamless integration between design specifications and technical implementation

Iterate rapidly on product features through continuous prototyping and testing

Required Qualifications

• Design & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Claude Code for rapid prototyping and development

Hands-on experience with Cursor for AI-assisted frontend development

Strong command of Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration

Experience with Firebase Studio for backend integration and prototyping

Expertise in Google Material Design 3 component library implementation

Familiarity with AI-powered graphic design tools and workflows

• Leadership & Automation Mindset

Proven experience leading and coordinating with backend engineering teams

Strong understanding of automation principles and workflow optimization

Ability to identify processes that can be streamlined through AI and automation

Experience in systematic competitive analysis and market research methodologies

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Technical Proficiency

Frontend development capabilities for prototype enhancement

Understanding of modern web technologies and responsive design principles

Experience with design systems and component-based architecture

Familiarity with API integration and backend coordination

Knowledge of user analytics and conversion tracking implementation

• Product Sense Excellence

1+ years of product design experience with proven track record

Successfully led development and launch of minimum 2 products

Strong product sense with ability to balance user needs and business objectives

Experience in user research, competitive analysis, and market validation

Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams and manage technical backlogs
