We are currently hiring for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys turning wireframes into intuitive interfaces and pixel-grids into user journeys. If you often find yourself analyzing why an app button is where it is—or why it shouldn't be—you might be the kind of designer we need. This role is for someone who can think like a user but also speak the language of developers and product teams. You'll help shape experiences that are clean, usable, and quietly delightful.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows


• Collaborate with developers and product owners for smooth handoffs


• Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions


• Maintain design consistency across projects and platforms


• Optimize designs based on usability feedback and testing


• Design for accessibility, responsiveness, and simplicity


• Stay updated with design trends and UI patterns


• Build UI libraries and contribute to design systems


• Communicate design logic to both technical and non-technical teams

Primary Skills:


• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch


• Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking


• Experience with responsive design and component-based design


• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (no need to code, just to understand)


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Familiarity with user testing tools or methods


• Ability to balance creativity with usability

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field


• Certifications or design bootcamp training are a plus

Experience:


• 1 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles
