Opportunity Overview:

We are building a global network of expert-level freelance technical interviewers and assessors to support our internal vetting process for high-end IT roles. You will conduct deep technical interviews and/or assess coding tests across specific technical domains, ensuring only the most capable consultants are admitted to our delivery network.

Key Areas of Expertise Sought:

  1. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) – Architect-level Kubernetes expertise, AIOps implementation experience
  2. DevOps (Azure Ecosystem) – Senior Azure/Aks Infrastructure Experts with deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and security best practices
  3. Elastic Stack (ELK) – Expert-level consultant with experience in large-scale Elastic/Kibana deployments, observability pipelines, and integrations
  4. Data Engineering / Snowflake – Senior Snowflake architect or advanced practitioner with data pipeline, governance, and performance optimization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or panel-style technical interviews with candidates
  • Evaluate coding tests or architectural case studies submitted by candidates
  • Provide objective feedback, ratings, and detailed recommendations on candidate fit
  • Collaborate with the Talent Factory core team to calibrate interview standards
  • Optionally support the creation or refinement of technical tests and benchmarks

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in your specific technical domain
  • Past experience interviewing or mentoring engineers or consultants
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to ask deep technical and scenario-based questions
  • Comfortable assessing candidates from diverse geographies (Canada, LATAM, India, Eastern Europe, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: e.g., CKA, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SnowPro, Elastic Certified Engineer
  • Experience working in or evaluating talent for consulting/delivery teams
  • Prior involvement in building or maintaining technical assessments or challenges

Engagement Model & Compensation:
