With global revenues of approximately $53 billion in fiscal year 2023, we continue to experience strong growth driven by demand for advisory and digital services.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with Public Cloud to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP project management and a proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions. You will play a critical role in driving project success, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance.Requirements:Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.8 to 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and public cloud implementations.Strong understanding of SAP systems, project methodologies, and cloud-based solutions.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience in risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.Preferred Qualifications:SAP certification in project management or SAP S/4HANA.Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.Location:This position is based in Bengaluru and Pune
