We’re looking for proactive and passionate Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are excited about the media, entertainment, and ed-tech space. This is a field-intensive role with excellent growth opportunities in one of India’s fastest-evolving creative sectors.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building partnerships, onboarding users and clients, and driving on-ground activations to grow the reelOn community.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Production House Partnerships

  • Connect with Production Houses, Casting Agencies, Directors, and Line Producers
  • Introduce the reelOn platform and onboard them to post casting and crew jobs
  • Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships

2. Professional Institutes Onboarding

  • Visit Acting Schools, Dance Academies, Music Institutes, and Film Training Centres
  • Conduct demos and explain platform benefits to students and faculty
  • Drive student registrations and support workshop coordination

3. College & Youth Engagement

  • Engage with Colleges, Media Departments, and Student Clubs
  • Organize contests, open mics, and campus activations
  • Promote student participation and creative content on reelOn

4. Brand Collaborations & Influencer Marketing

  • Reach out to brands and agencies for sponsorships and influencer partnerships
  • Support in executing in-film branding, college campaigns, and branded talent hunts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground promotions
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and client interactions
  • A deep passion for film, media, or entertainment is a big plus
  • Must own a two-wheeler (Travel allowance provided)
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented with the ability to meet targets
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
