Employee Onboarding & OffboardingConducting onboarding meetings and documentationCreating official email IDs, distributing welcome kits, and ordering lunch for new joinersHandling exits formalities, full & final settlements, and access card recovery3. Attendance & Employee Records ManagementDaily attendance marking and leave trackingUpdating HR master sheets and maintaining employee recordsBackground verification for new joiners4. Employee Engagement & Workplace AdministrationBirthday & work anniversary acknowledgments and emailsScheduling team-building activities and HR-related eventsBooking meeting rooms and ensuring office supplies are stocked5. HR Policies & ComplianceUpdating HR handbooks, policies, and government-mandated guidelinesManaging workplace health and safety policiesPerformance analysis policy updates and report generation6. Employee Relations & SupportHandling employee concerns and workplace grievancesConducting training & development sessionsCoordinating with external vendors (co-working spaces, insurance providers, etc.)7.
