Our mission is to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, design individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adapt treatment strategies to meet patient needs. The role also involves educating patients and their families about therapy procedures and providing ongoing support. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy, and managing DysphagiaExpertise in addressing Communication Disorders and Language DisordersStrong diagnostic, analytical, and patient-care skillsMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalentValid certification or licensure as a Speech Language PathologistExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience in neurorehabilitation or working with neurological conditions is a plus
