Job Title – Lead Integration Consultant / Developer (Workday)

Location – On-site in Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India (acceptable). Hybrid flexibility available.

Role Type – Direct Hire

Salary - DOE


Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio and integrations development
  • Workday Pro – Integrations or Workday Extend certification (1 required)
  • Hands-on experience with EIB, APIs/Web Services, Cloud Connect, and Studio
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives


Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and other tools
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Support and maintain existing integrations, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Participate in Workday updates and releases, ensuring integrations remain functional and up-to-date
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Work within a fast-paced environment with frequent reprioritization
  • Support go-lives, occasionally during weekends, as needed
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations for internal teams
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the HR technology team
  • Participate in team syncs and collaboration sessions across geographies
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members within the integrations team
