This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver seamless and engaging interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & AnalysisConduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions.Create user personas, user journeys, and task flows.UX DesignDevelop wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.Design user flows that ensure easy navigation and task completion.Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and design strategies.UI DesignCreate visually appealing, consistent, and brand-aligned UI designs for web and mobile applications.Build clean, modern design systems including typography, color palettes, components, and patterns.Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align design with business goals.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Testing & IterationConduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Iterate on designs based on user insights, technical constraints, and business priorities.Maintain design documentation and update design systems as needed.Tools & TechnologyUse industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.Core UX SkillsUser research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)Persona creation, user journey mapping, and task flow designInformation architecture and interaction designWireframing and prototyping (low & high fidelity)Core UI SkillsVisual design and layout principlesTypography, color theory, and iconographyCreating design systems and reusable componentsResponsive and mobile-first design practicesKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
