Job Title: Creative Lead – Graphic Design

Location: West Delhi (On - site)

Experience Required: 4–6 years

Responsibilities

Lead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, website, and more.

Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand tone and identity.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.

Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and art direction.

Maintain design standards and ensure all output is innovative, high-quality, and on-brand.

Stay updated on design trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Own the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

4–6 years of proven experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead/mentorship role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, campaign design, and branding.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

Experience in digital design (web, social, email) and familiarity with print production.

Eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creative thinker who loves to push boundaries.
