Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Pega Robotics Automation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) projects utilizing Pega Robotics technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all phases of the RPA project lifecycle, possess strong leadership capabilities, and be able to provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Pega Robotics Automation projects, from initial discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation using Pega Robotics technology.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and analysts, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Design and architect Pega Robotics solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing training and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the RPA space, particularly related to Pega Robotics, and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA), with a focus on Pega Robotics technology.
  • Proven experience leading and managing RPA projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Pega Robotics, including development, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Pega Robotics certification(s) preferred, but not required.
