Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using PySpark.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LangChain and other LLM frameworks.
  • Build and maintain high-performance applications in Python for data engineering and machine learning tasks.
  • Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-first solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data and AI services.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and coding standards.


Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend and data-heavy applications.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing and ETL.
  • Practical knowledge of LangChain for building LLM-powered applications.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
  • Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or generative AI is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
