From social reels to performance ad scripts, you’ll play a big role in shaping how millions of people discover Lingopanda.What We’re Looking For:Someone who lives and breathes content — watches a lot of social media and understands what goes viralStrong awareness of content cycles, trends, and pop cultureCreative writing skills for scripting short, catchy contentBasic familiarity with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — advanced skills a plusAbility to coordinate with freelancers, actors, and editors to bring content ideas to lifeOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing projectsPrior exposure to content/marketing roles through internships, projects, or a strong personal portfolio is a plusYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Creating content ideas for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Writing scripts and storyboards for reels, ads, and short-form videosCoordinating with freelancers, actors, and editors to produce high-quality outputWorking with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goalsKeeping a close eye on trends, memes, and viral formats to adapt them for LingopandaAssisting in content scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance across channelsCompensation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per monthWhat We Offer Beyond Stipend:Flexible working hoursOption to join remotely, hybrid, or in-office (JP Nagar, Bangalore)Office breakfast & snacks for those who choose in-officeDirect mentorship from marketing leads and foundersA fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environmentFlat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesPlease note: This internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreement.
