We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our mobile applications using the Flutter platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile app development, and implement best practices and standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise during the development process
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in Flutter
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in Flutter
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter and its features, including creating custom widgets, animations, and integrating third-party libraries
  • Experience with iOS and Android app development, as well as RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Dart, JavaScript, and Swift/Java
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
