We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer with a passion for innovation and a strong background in research and proof of concept (PoC) development. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring new technologies, evaluating their feasibility, and creating prototypes to demonstrate their potential application within our organisation's projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on experimentation and prototyping.


Key Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools related to mobile app development, with a particular focus on the Flutter framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for innovation and improvement within our existing projects.

Design and develop proof of concept prototypes using Flutter to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new ideas and concepts.

Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance, scalability, and suitability of new technologies for real-world applications.

Document findings, insights, and recommendations from research and prototyping activities. Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to incorporate feedback and iterate on prototypes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development, Flutter framework, and related technologies.

Present research findings and prototypes to stakeholders and decision-makers to drive informed decision-making.
