Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in AI/ML or workflow automation architecture
  • Proficiency in Python and REST API development
  • Expertise in Rewst, n8n, or Power Automate
  • Strong grasp of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering
  • Experience integrating MSP systems (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
  • Data handling using SQL, JSON, or vector databases


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
  • Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face ecosystems
  • Understanding of MLOps pipelines, deployment, and CI/CD integration
  • Prior experience in DevOps, GitHub Actions, or automation consulting
  • Strong presentation or technical pre-sales skills
