We have over a decade of experience in serving the business and strategic growth needs of 120+ multinational clients through our research and consulting services.About the rolePosition: Associate Manager / Sr. Associate Manager – Research (Benchmarking) Location: Navi Mumbai, Airoli Reporting to: DirectorEducation: MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy / Economics.) (Preferably from Tier-II/III B-School)Typical Roles & Responsibilities of the position:Participate in commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews.Design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etcIndependently executing mid-sized research projects and taking ownership. Be actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery. Be responsible for design and quality of deliverables. Manage client communication through the projectsPositively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation. Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice developmentSupporting Manager/Director with business development initiatives, including bid proposal and managementExperience/ Skills Experience – 7 to 12 years in consulting, market research, syndicated research, or benchmarking products. Must have exposure (4+ years) to subscription-based product businesses.Experience must include – Project delivery and team managementClient Engagement – Act as the day-to-day client contact for smaller engagements. Support account managers / delivery leads in query handling for the designated moduleProduct Enrichment – Contribute to product enrichment and innovation through process improvements, feedback collection, and competitive research.Solutions & Proposals – Provide inputs to proposal development and solution design for new opportunities, in collaboration with account managers.High problem-solving skillsStrong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumenComfortable working to tight deadlines and demanding requirementsDriven and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
