Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising ad campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. Other daily tasks include creating and managing ad campaigns, monitoring analytics, managing budget allocations, A/B testing, and developing actionable insights. Collaboration with the creative and strategy teams to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts is also a critical aspect of this role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including expertise in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B Testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation
  • Exceptional skills in Creative Strategy to align with brand goals and audience targeting
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret data to generate thoughtful, actionable insights
  • Preferred experience in growth marketing or working in fast-paced environments
