You'll guide customers from their first inquiry all the way through to delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.What You'll Actually Do Every DayConnect with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat to understand their needs—whether it's a themed birthday cake, a corporate Diwali hamper order, or a stunning wedding centerpieceGuide them through our offerings and help them choose the perfect customized solution for their celebration or gifting needClose sales by building trust, answering questions, and making the buying process seamlessCoordinate with our production kitchen to ensure every order is prepared exactly as promised—right design, right flavors, on timeHandle delivery inquiries and resolve any post-purchase questions or concerns with care and professionalismFollow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture long-term relationshipsYou'll be managing both pre-sales (helping customers decide and purchase) and post-sales (making sure they're delighted with their experience). You're the thread that holds the entire customer journey together.Who Should Apply?You must have:3+ years of experience in sales and customer service—you know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close dealsMinimum 2 years in food, hospitality, or F&B—you understand the nuances of perishable luxury products and high-touch customer serviceExcellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)—you can craft a warm, professional email and hold engaging phone conversations with easeA genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiencesBonus points for:Experience with CRM systems or live chat platforms (Bitespeed, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)Background in customization-heavy salesPrevious work with online-first or direct-to-consumer brandsYour Growth Path at CraveWe're expanding rapidly, and the people joining us now will grow alongside the business.Start as an Inside Sales & Customer Executive → Progress to Senior Customer Success Lead → Step into a Team Lead role as we launch in new cities → Advance to Customer Experience Manager overseeing our entire customer journey.This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to build a career with a company that's scaling across India.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month + up to ₹20,000 in sales incentives Work Schedule: Day shift, 6 days per week Benefits: Health insurance, PF, performance bonuses, daily meals and tea, learning opportunities, and a genuinely supportive work environmentWhy Join Us?Every conversation you have will help someone celebrate better.
