We are a growing architectural and surveying practice specialising in commercial and retail environments. Leveraging the latest technology, including 3D laser scanning and advanced BIM workflows, we deliver precise, intelligent models that support design, documentation, and coordination across projects of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Scheduler and Resource Planning Assistant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role will play a key part in coordinating project resourcing, maintaining efficient workflows, and supporting communication between teams across our teams.

As a Scheduler and Resource Planning Assistant you will be required to coordinate and maintain all support activities for major corporate clients of the company. This involves support the team with information about project scheduling, resource allocation, deadline monitoring and other relevant project related information across the company, allowing appropriate and effective decisions on project and resource management.


In this role you will:

  • Collect and input information regarding projects and resources across many different teams and offices.
  • Prepare various reports informing projects status, resource allocation and others.
  • Facilitate the best employment of our team constantly liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist with the constant management of our Project Management system.
  • Assist with the collection of information and data for other systems, like the Quality Management system.
  • Assist with occasional overflow of admin tasks, like telephone answering relief.
  • Be an integral part of our team and will work directly with Directors, Managers, Project Leaders and the Admin Team

Selection Criteria:

  • Knowledge in project scheduling applications.
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Experience with Microsoft Project software or similar.
  • Experience in similar roles
