We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously enhance training programmes for our cutting-edge digital cinema technology products and solutions both globally and internally. The ideal candidate will be skilled at explaining technical concepts clearly, creating high-quality training materials , and engaging audiences in both online and in-person sessions across customers, partners, and internal teams.

:

• Deliver online and face-to-face product training sessions for customers, partners and internal staff.

• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and use-case walkthroughs.

• Create and administer technical assessments; evaluate trainee understanding, provide feedback and ensure follow-up support.

• Lead induction and orientation sessions for new employees.

• Create, update and maintain comprehensive training materials including product manuals, quick-start guides, training videos, slide decks, technical bulletins and release notes.

• Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to ensure training content is accurate and reflects new features/releases.

• Measure training effectiveness by collecting feedback, analysing results and refining programmes accordingly.

• Develop a deep technical understanding of our products, workflows and relevant industry standards.

• Serve as an internal subject-matter expert for product documentation and training-related queries.

• Stay abreast of training trends, technology developments and best practices to continuously improve delivery.

• Maintain training schedules, attendance records, feedback reports and dashboards.

• Plan and coordinate training events, workshops and certification programmes.

& :

1. 5+ years’ experience as a Product Trainer (or similar role) in IT, AV, digital cinema or related fields.

2. Strong ability to simplify and clearly explain complex technical topics.

3. Proficiency in tools for creating training materials: presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides), document design tools (MS Word/Google Docs), video creation/editing (Camtasia or equivalent), screen-recording software.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English.

5. Experience working effectively with global teams and communicating with non-native English speakers.

6. Presenting, public-speaking and demo skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, strong time-management and multitasking aptitude.

8. Solid report-writing and training-documentation maintenance skills.

9. Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) or a relevant degree preferred but not mandatory.

10. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, media technology or related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
